We purchased this whip for our son who wanted to learn about whips after watching Indiana Jones. The whip was inexpensive so we decided that if he tore it up no loss.
The whip did lose the tip piece after a few cracks but he is still enjoying it and learning how to do a few tricks without costing us a fortune!

You get what you pay for. I bought 3 for my boys and only 1 held together longer than 2 days. The first one got wet and came unraveled within hours of arrival.

Real neat whip, just have your kid make sure no one is standing near by (12ft. or so) when they try it out, and we have them whip the tree or things like that.

Our grandson loved the "whip" but my daughter would not even let him take it home. I goofed...I thought it would be fun as he loves Indiana Jones.

This is a great whip for a cosplay, and it is very durable. I will be wearing it around a convention and it looks very promising. I don't know how to crack it, but I do not think I will be doing that with this whip anyways. If you need it for a costume, this is such a great deal, I don't think I could've made one for the price and quality that this whip has to offer. This was a great deal. :)
